What are your insurance options?
All our prices include a reduced excess Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). CDW limits your financial responsibility for damage to the Network vehicles other than damage by theft or vandalism.
Can I rent a vehicle on an International Drivers Licence?
Yes.
Can I hire a vehicle on my ‘P’ Licence?
Yes, however if you are under 25 an additional surcharge may apply.
Do you have Child Safety Seats?
The Network team wants to do everything we can to help you and your family get where you’re going safely. Child seats are available for a certain age/or size as per Queensland law. We rent out ‘safety seats’ but please
note: customers are responsible for installing all child seats.
Navigation?
Just touch a few buttons and you’re on your way. The navigation unit identifies where you are at any time and tells you how to get to wherever you want to go. Please check with our staff for availability and cost.
All vehicles are supplied with a local street map and directory.
Can we leave the car at the airport?
Yes.
Do we incur any extra cost to add an Additional Driver?
Everyone can relax and enjoy the journey. You can have as many drivers as there are seats in the vehicle. So don’t find yourself nominated as the sole designated driver for the entire trip – ask one of our friendly staff for the addition of extra drivers when you collect your vehicle and we will add them to the rental agreement at no extra cost. Valid Drivers Licences will be required.
Are you able to provide Tourist Information?

Fuel?
All Network Car & Truck rentals come with a full tank of petrol. If you do not return the car full of fuel, Network will charge you for the fuel and service charge at the applicable per-litre rate specified on the rental agreement.
What if I can only return the vehicle after Business Hours?
Network Car and Truck Rental have a drop off Box Return. You just fill in your klms, return date and time and fuel level. The rental agreement and the keys can be dropped in the drop off Box.
