Occasionally something may occur and your rental car may need service while you’re travelling. As a Network Car & Truck Rentals customer you will have access to a dedicated 24-hour help line offering rapid response, anywhere, anytime.
The RACQ Roadside Assistance Centre will make arrangements for you to be on your way as quickly as possible.

What do I do?
You'll be asked for your Membership details, breakdown location and details such as phone number, vehicle make & model, reason for breakdown.

You will also need to advise Network Car and Truck Rentals (Sunshine Coast) of the situation.
How does RACQ identify the vehicle as part of Network Car & Truck Rental fleet?
All our vehicles are identified by a unique identifier assigned to Network Car & Truck Rental at the Sunshine Coast. This number is also located on the key ring.
Is the vehicle covered if I travel interstate?
Yes. A reciprocal road service agreement is in place between motoring clubs.
Who and when do I pay as a result of a call out?
You will need to pay Network Car & Truck Rentals as result of the call if you are at fault. ie. Lock keys in car, run out of fuel, run the battery flat by leaving the lights on.
